2022 „Saignée“ Pinot Noir Rosé trocken VDP.GUTSWEINIm Glas prsentiert sich ein krftiges, lachsfarbenes Ros mit orangefarbenem Glanz. Die Nase zeigt rote Johannisbeere, weien Pfeffer, Rosenholz, den Duft von Kresse, Grapefruitsaft und einen Hauch Honigmelone. Generell lsst sich jedoch sagen, dass sich ein enormes Bndel an frischen Krutern und therik in der Nase darstellt. Auch am Gaumen weist er die schnen Aromen von Grapefruit und Pfeffer auf, etwas Sauerampfer und gen Ende etwas reife Waldhimbeeren.
