I bought throw pillows from this same brand and was disappointed until I read a tip in the reviews to place them in the dryer on fluff for about 20 minutes. That did the trick and one saved me after a rotator cuff injury. I used it for months to prop my arm up and prevent pain in my shoulder. If you get this pillow, I highly suggest throwing it in the dryer. It makes a huge difference!
