I would say if your a DD and above you may want to go up one but Im a 38D and usually in between a M and L and I love the medium on me. I AM BLOWN AWAY! I ordered this and a shirt less than 12 hours ago and they arrived this morning. I was worried because I've never ordered anything that I didn't have to go up 3 sizes but I read the reviews and it seemed like they have finally figured it out! The jacket is amazing and fit like I had it tailor-made. All of the advertising says "slim fit", which I AM NOT. I ordered an XL and I have 44 & 46reg suit jackets. This is the best of the nearly 2500 purchases I have made from Amazon! This brand just needs to shuffle the letters in their name to be I M A G I N E!
