Artas Army Style FlashlightPeriod Artas brand flashlight made very much in the "standard" WWII army design. It appears to be in working order, but the body of the flashlight is a little rough, not as rusty as most, but maybe could use a restoration. It looks like it might have been brush painted black and I think the lower quality of the brushed finish is what's effecting my opinion here more so than the actual condition.
