Add a little lemon juice and your tea will turn dark purple. Can also be used to color other beverages, cocktails, and rice. Also available in powder form! BREWING INSTRUCTIONS Pour 8 oz of hot water (208 F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
