It is in good condition overall. There is a small pull in the material in the front. It does have a name written on the tag, but it is illegible. Light staining on the inside.

Love the simple perfect shape

The problem of the sides rubbing can be solved by stepping on the back till flat as if wearing sandals. This bends the side enough to never rub again when worn in the normal way.
