It appears to be unissued or lightly used at most with some light storage wear. There is an R. B. Nr. on the back of the pack in the usual place but I did not see a date. I would guess this was a mid to late war example because of the R. B. Nr. and the use of white cloth inside rather than the usual green tan cloth. This
