The consistency is light when applying, and not heavy- but you can feel that you have a protective moisturizing layer over the skin. The biggest thing? NO STINGING even on red, dry, irritated skin! Centella really is the best soothing ingredient I’ve tried. It gives a soft glow without looking oily. I haven’t had a “holy grail” product in years, until now!
