Ebony plug shown in picture is 1" inch (25 mm) with the glass gem setting measuring about 20 mm. The plug is concaved to the setting. Glass gems for plug sizes 3 4" 15 16" will be 15 mm.

I'm a small guy and I purchased size small. The underwear are not bad. Great if you're a bigger guy or if you have a really big butt. If you're on the smaller side or skinnier though they'll fit a little loose. My butt is pretty big, but it doesn't fill out the back completely. Very comfortable though and the waist fits fine.
