Just a bread bag that has been through quite a lot, but somehow came out in one piece. This is the pre war early war style, made with better canvas and with leather reinforcements on the belt loops.

These are about the best facial cleansing wipes I've found anywhere, and if you buy the bundle it's a great bargain as well.
