Civilian BreadbagInteresting civilian bread bag. It is in fairly good condition. It is made with brown leather hardware with a pattern pressed into it. I normally see this sort of stuff on earlier pieces like stuff from the early 1900's through the 20's but sometimes you also see it still being used with 1930's stuff and HJ items. There is an ink stamp inside but I cant make out what it might be from.

These are not really “industrial strength” but they work great and are decent quality, especially for the price. I bought them to use on a sheet metal barn and they hold halters, rakes and other supplies with ease. Out of curiosity I did toss a dewalt drill in one and it held even though I ordered the medium size and the drill didn’t fit super well.
