20" Square Pillow InsertOur poly fill pillow inserts have a sewn hydrophobic liner. They are very durable for many years of use. Use these inserts for 20" pillow covers. (Our standard VPS Package pillows, as shown in the photo, are 22" and take a 22" insert.) Measure from seam, across pillow, to opposite seam to get your approximate pillow size or contact us to see what you ordered previously.
