Spontaneous fermentation and aged for 11 months in 33% new wood, this is spicy, brambly and textured, with supple tannins and as always wonderful acidity. No more neck pain

I needed new pillows and I’ll be the first to admit that I’m picky about my pillow. I had ordered different ones to try and these were the keepers. They are not too soft nor too firm.
